About Bookings
We offer flexible appointment scheduling and strive to accommodate your needs. You can book appointments online through our patient management system, Halaxy. Please note that online booking closes 2 hours before the appointment time. If online booking is closed, you can call PhytoGreen Solutions at 1300 908 142 or email us at enquiries@phytogreensolutions.com to inquire about same-day appointments or to be added to a waiting list.

About Consultations and Ongoing Care
Our consultation process involves an initial assessment and then follow-up consultations. We adhere to all TGA requirements, which currently mandate follow-up consultations at the 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month marks after the initial consultation.
Payment information will be provided to you when you book your appointment.
• Concession Card Holders: We bulk bill consultations to Medicare with no out-of-pocket charges for all holders of a Commonwealth-issued Health Card, Veterans Card, or Seniors Health & Pensioner Concession Card.
• Private Patients: The cost of the initial consultation is $129. Review consultations with a prescriber are $99 per consultation. Nursing follow-up consultations are $59 per consultation.

Pricing
At PhytoGreen Solutions, we believe in transparent and accessible healthcare. Our pricing structure varies depending on the type of service and your individual circumstances.
- Medicare Patients: We offer consultations under the Medicare Benefits Scheme (MBS). This means you'll receive a rebate from Medicare, and depending on the MBS item number used for your consultation, there might be a small out-of-pocket cost (gap fee) that you'll need to cover. - NDIS Participants: We provide services to NDIS participants in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. We offer a range of support coordination, allied health, community nursing, and other support services. - Private Patients (Non-Medicare, Non-NDIS): Our fees for private patients are as follows:
